The One Week Process

DAY 1
DEEP DIVE CALL

We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute Zoom call to review your questionnaire and align on your brand direction.

DAY 2
DESIGN PRESENTATION

I’ll present a mood board with ideas from our call and researchβ€”an exciting first step toward bringing your brand to life!

DAY 3/4
FEEDBACK & REVISIONS

You’ll provide feedback via Slack, I’ll make revisions, and we can hop on a call if needed to refine and approve the designs.

DAY 5
FINAL DELIVERY

Once you sign off on the final design, the remaining 50% will be due, and I’ll deliver all the branding elements. Time to celebrate!

  • To get started, please fill out the application form via the contact page. This helps me understand your business needs and determine if we’re the right fit. Once I’ve reviewed your application, I’ll reach out within 2 business days to schedule a brief discovery call, which will include a complimentary quick brand audit of your current brand, if applicable.

    During our 30-minute chat, we’ll discuss your goals, the branding process, and any questions you may have. If it’s a good match and you’re ready to proceed, I’ll send over a contract along with a 50% deposit invoice to secure your spot in my schedule, along with an agreed start date.

    The branding process is an intensive one-week commitment, so you’ll need to be available by computer for quick responses throughout that week. We can agree on specific times during the week to touch base, but it’s essential to be available as this is a critical time for your brand development.

    After that, you’ll receive a detailed branding questionnaire to explore your vision and target audience more deeply. This step is crucial to ensure we create a brand that truly aligns with your goals. Typically, you'll need at least one to two weeks to complete this before our agreed start date, so you’ll have time to think through your answers.

  • The total investment for this Mini Brand package is Β£1,500 (GBP), split into two paymentsβ€”one upfront as a deposit and the second based at the end of the week.

    If you’d like to add any extra design elements, they’ll come at an additional cost, which I’ll outline for you in advance. We’ll cover all of this during our initial discovery call, where I’ll also provide a formal proposal and custom quote.

  • For the mini brand package, I include one concept. I carefully explore every option to tell your story, narrowing it down to the idea that best highlights your goals. By presenting one powerful brand with a strong strategy, I ensure the best possible results.

    I also include 1 free round of revisions.

  • This package is perfect for those wanting a quick, impactful branding solution without a big investment. It covers all the essentials to make a strong impression.

    However, please note that this package doesn’t include:
    In-depth Brand Strategy
    Secondary logos/icons and badges
    Pattern Design & Illustrations
    Detailed Brand Guidelines

    If you need any extras, like web design, packaging and print design or any additional branding elements, we can easily add those on. We’ll chat about your needs during our initial call, and I’ll create a custom proposal just for you.

  • Sometimes, additional elements such as font licenses may be required for the project. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process and give you the option to include these as needed.

  • We recommend allowing yourself two weeks to complete the branding questionnaire and gather any copy, such as taglines and photography, that you’d like to include before we begin.

    During the week of our branding process, please ensure you’re available during working hours. We may need to hop on Zoom or get quick responses via Slack to keep everything on track. If you're not available during this time or can't provide timely feedback, it may impact the project’s outcome, and you may not achieve the best results. Please note that there are no refunds in such cases.

  • If you need to cancel services, just let me know at least 7 days in advance. If you’d like to reschedule, a minimum of 28 days’ notice is required. If you do cancel, any outstanding fees will be due right away. Please keep in mind that notice doesn’t cancel any current payment obligations. While refunds aren’t typically offered for payments already made, I’m always open to discussing a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
